These here are a few QR codes to scan to get you started. I have no idea who most of these people are but they're pretty cool.
They can't be scanned if base is preoccupied.
Unavailable for battles, recruit, and CTP until after a day has passed.
The blisseys are codes for the Secret Meadow which requires dive to get to then you can fly. It's easy level up for Pokemon so go try it out, it's even easier if you boot up the Level Release.
You have a limit of like 20 QR code bases available for scan. After you scanned 20 you'll have to remove some.

Special Decorations!
A list of decorations you can't buy so you must go and find.
Elegant Table and Chair: From glass workshop. Find the shop, it'll have an ash pile in front of it. Go inside and talk to the guy to get a sack, then walk outside go through the ash, walk inside, go back out, ash. You get the process. Eventually you'll have enough to get this item.
Tent: This is tricky to get from the tricky trick guys house located on route 110. You'll need nearly every HM and right at the final puzzle you'll receive this.
Stairs: The left door neighbor house of the Secret Base Guild. Talk to the girl, get stairs. This is clearly the obvious.
Starter Dolls: Talk to the guy outside of a closed Mauville shop(the old Game Corner). You'll get all three Hoenn Starters. My starter is displayed.
Lotad/Seedot Dolls: Lanette on route 114. Find her. Kill her. Take doll. (Jk) You get Lotad in Alpha Sapphire, Seedot in Omega Ruby.
Poke Flute: Talk to a black belt in Lilycove City. (This is a reference to X and Y)
Globe(from DP): Talk to the backpacker in Mauville City Square. He's next to the prism tower model.
Berry Blender: A guy inside a contest hall. The Fallabrar... Fallabar... Falla... Bar? Upmost north city by the route with all the Ashes (volcanic not anime)
Glass Ornament: Win three master rank contests then go to the Lilycove museum. This can be achieved easily by maxing out each stat of the Cosplay Pikachu using Rainbow blocks. Then changing it's outfits by going to the lady in the green room. If I must write a Contest and Berry Block guide so be it. I can't find a picture for this one.
Regi Dolls: Secret Secret Bases. Nintendo releases these to the public in near unscannable Jpg files online or easy scannable print in a magazine. I'm trying so hard to find scannable versions. Displayed is my favorite Regi.
Special Certificate Plaques: There are three of these. One for completing the normal pokedex, one for national pokedex, and one for transferring a pokemon all the way from the original Ruby and Sapphire. After competing the critera go talk to the director. I'm trying to get the one for original Pokemon, which meas I gotta bust out my Pokemon Heartgold as everything in my GBA games is now in there. Unless I put them in White 2, If i put them in Black then... Well, ask Barry what happened to my Black Version ):<
If you see any decorations in other people's bases that you want, and it's not here. Then increase your rank by stealing flags and eventually you'll be able to get it at the Secret Base Guild.
